Chamberlain University, the largest nursing school in the U.S., asked us to create a brand act that could help recruit more nurses amidst a nationwide shortage. Our strategy team uncovered that men make up a fraction of nurses due to stereotypes around the profession. That's when I (a humble copywriter intern) thought, what if we turn that stereotype on its head?

Although the client decided to just keep it in their back pocket, this concept was a thrill to write and pitch.
